ASUS ZenWatch 3

After getting success in Indian smartphone market, ASUS is flexing its arm in smartwatch segment and its latest launch is the biggest prove. On Friday, ASUS announced the launch of its ZenWatch 3 in India. During launch ASUS says, “this watch serves as a smart assistant for Android and iOS devices, providing wearers with timely information at a glance and letting them get things done with a simple touch or voice command.”


ZenWatch 3 is powered by Andriod Wear and it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor. It houses a 512MB RAM and has 4GB of onboard memory. This smart watch has Wi-Fi connectivity along with Bluetooth 4.1. ZenWatch 3 comes with a built-in microphone, 6-axis (G+A) and an ambient light sensor.

The ZenWatch 3 is backed by a 340mAH battery. ZenWatch 3 support hyper charging and the company claims that their hypercharge technology can charge the watch to 60 percent in just 15 minutes. It 1.39-inches AMOLED display has 400 x 400 resolution and 287ppi pixel density. The watch is covered by 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass and has a circular profile and is 9.95mm thick. It is also water and dust resistant.

ZenWatch 3 will be available in three variants, Gunmetal with a leather strap, Gunmetal with a rubber strap, and Silver with a rubber strap. The first variant is priced at INR 18,999, while the other two at INR 17,599.
